Kiyotake or Herrera PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P

I am playing with Swansea, and iy is my second season...i have an offer fo Kiyotake for 15m, and i am wondering if i should sell him and buy Herrera from Atletic Bilbao for 30m...when i compare their atributes, Herrera is better, but Kiyotake played very good in my first season, and it is a 15m diference in price and about 50k per weak diference in wage...

i would personally sell him and get manuel fernandes his stats are better than Herrera and Kiyotake and will be cheaper!!! wage will be high, but he's a quality player
