Testing with my west ham. I built a good squad, so far so good except the big matches. I attached the analysis of my matches and the data that seems interesting is the tempo..the conversion rate of the build up is very low.

Does it require oi ? Do any of these tactics require specific training schedules?
i have tried numerous different tactics and nothing works and I can’t figure out why
