I like this. I have tweaked it a bit and playing with Blyth Spartans in 6:th tier of England. I love how they transform from a 4-4-2 in defence to more of a 2-2-2-4 in attack. Scoring a lot with both wingers and forwards.

I got rid of some instructions, like overlap R/L. And I'm playing around with the roles of the two CM. I've tried changing one of the forwards to something else role wise, but the double attacking forwards is the best option I think.
