Does the clock in the top left hand corner move?

I'd love to try it, unaware of the name though.
 
It looks epic! The time is the time in the game most likely.

if its your game you can check the name of the skin by clicking change skin lol
 
Don't think its his game, look at the language.
 
Its a skin for 2009. so i see on the si boards because jsmyth made the same thread there.
 
I had a look at the Fm Vietnam website and saw a skin called OnePiece which looked fairly similar to that one in the screenshot, so I downloaded that one instead.

Can someone tell me which skin it is.? I have changed background, I deleted the skins folder now i forgot the name. The one highlighted in white box is very imp for me. Does anyone know what skin it is or anyone with similar user friendly skin?

Can some one tell me the name of the skin. I dont know what has happened the skin i load doest get the part i have highlighted with white box. While downloading i have seen screen shots showing the shortcut buttons but when i load it, that doesnt show up. Do i need to do any changes in settings? Please someone help me on this.

Right click the bar with the shortcuts and you can pick the one's you want to show up
