Recently I gotmessages regarding my player(s) not learning a PPM despite them never even training that PPM. Is this a known bug?

Personally, I've never seen it before, and until last night had never heard of anyone else having it. However, this thread: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/football-manager-2013-discussion/119184-ppm-problem.html suggests that it could be a bug after all.

(Not certain though, it could just be something you are both doing!)
