Koln 2nd season need Signings

Got Promoted via the Playoffs from the German 2nd division. Had no budget 1st season. but through promotion now have 12m to spend plus what ever i get through selling players. Need some players fetching in who can help me stay in the division and maybe push on for a top half finish. Dont need a Gk as i have Horn he is class. play with 2 striker's. Looking for pace and power in my side. any ideas ppl. i dont play with wingers either just 2 wing backs with good crossing ability.

Dal Cason - dirt cheap and a bit of a god (needs a few months)
Samata (I think - look at Sparta Prague he's their 32 yo cf. Has great stats and will do well for a season)
