Kris' Ancelotti Tactic

I have found with this tactic I have **** loads of clear cut chances (Sometimes between 8-10) but still lose. It's good at what it does (Keeps possession) but isn't the best I've seen at winning games. Will continue to use it for now to see if my team adapt a bit better. Maybe it's my fault for having poor finishers?

Cheers, Like I said i have only used it with Chelsea and Sheff Wed. With Chelsea...having Drogba and Iaquinta 90& of the time i scored enough. Possession played to the max.

With Sheff Wed i got alot of goals but i did miss quite a few. Like i said though, i create tactics to suit squad's. I cannot do plug and play.
