Would we be able to have cash injections as clubs like Man City and Chelsea are reliant financially on their owners so it will be hard to maintain good funds with those clubs as they dont have big enough stadiums to finance their wage bill.

Well basically I won't be touching the funds, just giving you all full control of what is there.
