When do you guys think we should start?

  • 16th November - To allow people to get used to FM10

  • 5th November - A few days to get used to it but we start quicker

Oh thanks, I'm adopting a strict youth policy with my signings and hopefully we'll get a good 3-5 seasons done if people stay committed
 
im committed, i hope people dont quit though as were starting.
 
Well me and Foxy have been talking about it and even if people quit, me and him will carry on playing it and you as well if you want and are still around

Haha good lads, im sure Aaaandy would be up for staying for the duration as well.

Lol you cheeky git! And thanks, appreciate it. Is there anything you can see straight away from my OP that I'm missing or do you think it's all good? Hopefully my first proper FM-base net game can prove to be a roaring success :P
 
nah mate all the infomation is there that is required, i spend ages on mine trying to make it look good, but thats just me, its mainly when im bored i just make the appearance of the thread better, but it really doesnt matter, how many people you got going on here atm?
 
mate to be honest i think we should start it earlier than nov 16th, deadline should be friday night in my opinion, no one seems to be joining, i am commenting continuosly to get people to see the thread and join the league cos they see it on the side, but no one is :(

At the mo there is 5 of us in and I'm thinking just to get through the first season just have us 5 for now and then if all of us are still in it by the end of the season and everyone wants to carry on I'll expand the amount of players. But for my first one online I want it to be a good one so not too complex with loads of players initially.

I don't mind, only thing about starting it earlier is that I'm not sure when I'll have the game, as I ordered it from Zavvi, so it could come between tomorrow and monday night really. So I have no idea when it's going to arrive, but i'll be more than happy to start straight away. I don't mind playing without playing it before as I don't play demos. But I don't mind losing too much, as long as I don't get thumped lol

yeah its pretty catchy, i wasnt too excited when we signed tevez lol, but he has been good so far so lets wait and see
 
If I'm honest, I hope hes a flop!
But that is only because I hate City. Then I hope he goes to the World Cup and smashes it!!

Same with Ronaldo, hope he fails miserably at Madrid, and then wins Portugal the World Cup xD
Shame he's amazing in Spain eh? :(
