u can play 6 players who are registered in your b team. so put them in the b team during the registration period sp they are registered, then simply go to squad filters and click sho b team, assign them position/substitute roles and then untick b team, they will reamin in the first team sqaud. u can use unlimited u19 players in the same amnner. essentially, players junder 19n dont need to be registered
