Why is Arbeloa in any of these teams? an average player who was only brought in at last minute as Real failed to tempt any better player. Filipe Luis of Deportivo was brilliant until he suffered a bad injury and it was good to see him return a few weeks back.

Personally I'd go for a 3-4-3

CB - Sergio Ramos
CB - Pique
CB - Raul Albiol
DM - Xabi Alonso
CM - Xavi

Wont be in team o the year if he was injured. Arbeloa was solid throughout when called upon.
