Do you ever have a player absent during training and not issuing a warning/ fining him?

no just i lost after 20 games in el clasico 3-2 after this have players this

Did you get a red card, and not issue a warning or fine?

It has happened to me twiice so far, that I just skip through the news for some reason, and miss the news post containing the possiblity of doing such.

When / if you miss one like that, your players will react exactly like how your describe.
