lack of disipline

What am I doing wrong.?
My players are saying there is a lack of disipline in the team...
How can I fix this?

So maybe punishing them when they are bannend is a good way to get disipline?

Yep, listen to JP's advice. Whenever you see a player that ends a game with a low rating (e.g. 5.9), you can discipline his and fine him wages.

My problem is that there usually is too much discipline. I'm a little too harsh on my players and they always complain to the media about it. So you just have to find a happy medium.

I have the same problem dude ,simon kajer constantly moaning about lack of discipline and when i fine someone for a send off ,literally the whole team become unhappy about the treatment of said player. On my in game manager profile my squad discipline is only 50%
