what formation and player roles and duties?? + any specific player instructions at all

i play a 4 2 3 1, one attacking formation and one defensive, i play the forwards as advanced forwards

Whats your AMC?? and I wouldn't use Advanced Forward, unless you have two upfront,

post a screenshot of your tactics screen with the team instructions showing...

F12, unless you've changed the shortcuts I guess. Where to find the picture is something I've no idea about. I keep taking screens but never manage to find those preties.
