Lack of Harmony

hi my half way through my season top of the league.(just about).and im getting clubs chasing my players.and im getting told something called lack of harmony how can i fix it thanks

the best way is to win games. also dont buy/ sell / declare intrest in too many players at once. it happens when you have clubs sniffing after your players constantly. also try offering new contracts to players.

also rotate the starting 11 every now and then
don't use the same players other and other again and be careful with what u say in the press conference

well bigger clubs are declaring interest in my players and unsettling them which is p ing me off lol then my players are saying they would like chance play higher level or talk to other club

There isn't much you can do other than tell them they're staying put. Most of the time they accept it and move on

sometimes they want to leave, mainly because they are glory hunters, appart from that , they generally stay at the club ..

yeah just tell the player he has to stay to help the team to win medals or something like that

sometimes if a bigger club makes an offer for one of your players and you reject the player may tell you he wants to move to a bigger club and you can respond to his comment

be generous to praise your players, mate.
also, be fair if you give warning/punishment/praise/critic.

praise every win, and try not to be harsh very much.

my squad harmony always good in all my games.

morale has nothing to do with lack of harmony
lack of harmony comes from players being unhappy with something
i think if there is a player who has a completely different personality than the rest of the squad that damages harmony
