Lack Of Managerial Discipline

My players keep on complaining about the lack of managerial discipline

Anyone know how to deal with this and what i'm doing wrong?

Maybe you dont play them much, or maybe when they get carded you give a stong fine or, you made the wrong substitiouns or team talk acording to the players

Basically when players get a red card, warn them/fine them.

when i go to disciplie my players it wont allow me to do anything how can i fix that?

Are you trying to discipline them for nothing?
