Lack of scouting results

Hi I'm currently managing Bolton and my scouts are useless on scouting assignments. One has 7 results scouting central Europe and another has 18 scouting the same area and this is in TWO YEARS! I don't think these scouts are that bad I just ahve no idea whi I am getting so few results.

If it is because of the actual scouts could people suggest some good one's to me? I'm in 2013 and I'm managing Bolton so obviously not the really expensive, well known ones.

scout yourself mate, they are just there to give me reports....

try sending them to South America or other places to gain more knowledge and stats

be more specific when asking them to scout as well...

what is their determination stat? if its low, they will not work hard to find you any players even if they have 20/20 in PP and CP
