I've downloaded FM11 Russian and I hoped that there wil be an English preferences also. There wasn't so I put the demo's English file to the game and it worked. However I am afraid that it may stop working after the first half of the season, so I would be really gald if anybody could upload so I can download. You can find it in. Program Files/Sports Interactive/FootballManager 2011/data/languages/english.ltc
