I dont know what your specs are maybe you can post them (or just your brand + model type). Otherwise you'd should just go for the large database and best graphic settings. If it runs slow, take 1 step back at a time in each setting untill it works great.
Yep - an average machine by today's standards. nlx is correct, play around but on your admission perhaps one league on large database with graphics removed will be fine
