Last FM11 Save - Chelsea First Window

Okay, well after conquering europe to complete dominance in 7 seasons with my favourite spanish team Deportivo. I am going to use my domestic club Chelsea with LFC's update as my last save file until Fm12. I am mostly looking for areas to strengthen because the team is already very good and I'm not used to playing with such a refined squad. Maybe I don't need anybody at all? Just youngsters? Also, I'll probably look to offload Malouda and Mikel, not big fans of them at all.

Basically, any ideas on who I should offload/sign? Do I need strengthening or just youngsters ready to step up?

If you can sign Lahm do it!. Also Hummels to replace terry when he starts dropping stats.
