Last Midfielder

I'm in my 3rd season at Villa

I won the Euro Cup the first season
I won the FA Cup and League cup the second

BUT I can't get a decent finish in the EPL!!

I play 4-3-3 with wingers

And at the moment my central midfielders are Dario Conca, Arda Turan and Anthony Annan

Conca and Turan are fantastic but NEVER play well together, Whereas Annan is just never off form for me but as I'm sure you know he is limited creativity wise.

Any suggestions for a more dynamic midfielder?
