Le Harve in Ligue 1

Just won Ligue 2 with Le Harve. They have a very young squad and I think I could do with some better defenders and a regista for Ligue 1. I got away with conceding goals in Ligue 2 because I outscored the majority of teams, doubt that'll be the same this season.

I have a budget of ?4.5M. Any recommend some defenders, regista and maybe a few potenial loans?

1. I know you havent asked for cfs but DAL CASON is dirt cheap and young and 4 stars potential and scores.
2. Defenders: Alex Milosevic/Stefan Strandberg (also DM and eventually Regista)/Rasmus Thelander/Sviatchenko/Carles Planas/ De Bock.
3. Regista: Gaston Gil Romero (also dm/bwm/dlp/cm)/Lucas Romero (also bwm/dlp/cm).
4. Kiko Macheda will be available for free or less than 500k and has great stats and is young.
