I decided to give you the lowest rated because it was against another user controlled Nation.

From now on it will be the lowest rated player in all cases, when a user doesn't respond after the 24 hours (unless they have said they are away or busy for next few days or something)

Godfish, for some reason Azerbaijan don't seem to arrange many friendlies... I could try move all your players (if i can remember them) over to another European Nation of a similar rank if you like, which would be Cyprus. As it does seem a bit unfair, that you are playing less matches.

Unfortunately I cant find a way to move your manager (doesn't seem to work for international management), so will just have to just boost the current Cypriot manager's CA to 200 and move your players across.
