League 2 - Assistant Managers

Hey guys,
Do you have any recommendations for League 2 Assistant Managers? I have one at my club Lincoln as I've just started a new game but I would just like to make the back room more of my own. I've brought in Chris Lucketti as a Defensive Coach.

I always try to sign Brendan O'connell when in lower leagues could be a solid enough for league 2 though
