League 2 Tactics

I have just started a game with Mansfield, I usually am teams in top flights and don't usually do lower league teams.

I was hoping for a little help with a good couple of lower league tactics, or some tips on the type of tactics to use.

I have started with a 442, with only 3 instructions but its taking ages for the players to become adequately trained in the formation, I am about 8 games into the season doing ok, but not as well as I would have expected. I have just tried a flat 433 now as I have quite a few strikers and see how I go with it, but a little help and guidance would be good,

Try playing a 4-4-1-1 with Lee Stevenson playing off of Matt Rhead. They bagged 30 goals between them for me. Rhead on TM support and Stevo on AM attack.
