How can you be a national and club manager at the same time at the beginning of the game?

or you can be the national manager first and do what edersyers said for the club manager but put your rep high so you will get the job, you cant start as both

Can you unlock it like the handheld version where if you win a certain amount of trophies as both in one game, the next game you start you can become both from the start

You can take over the club you want, and there are around 5 national jobs available on 10.3.
Turkey, Mali, Ecuador are the better ones. Just apply straight away and you should get one of them.

Problem I have as a national manager (of chile at the moment) is finding staff to join. I loaded a medium database (I think) and there are only 4 chilean non-players in the game, and only one of them joined. Everybody else I have asked has declined.

Any tips from anyone on how best to lure staff to a national team role. Is there any way of getting the assistant to filter out staff that are unlikely to join on a national level (like you can do at club level)

*Profile: Make your nationality that of the nation you wish to manage, and set your past experience to International Footballer.

*Become a manager of the club you wish to manage.

*Once you're a club manager > Add a new manager to the nation you wish to manage, retire imediately and apply with your original manager for the international job.

You may not need all of these steps specifically, but I've wanted to be both from the start to see how it is, and this is what I did to get both jobs. But; I prefered to let the national manager leave or get sacked, and then apply, so I'm not cheating.

Anyway, hope this helps.

there is another better way...

about the profile u should do as the above, then became the manager for the desire national team...

then add new manager to the club team and retire immediately and apply for the job....
if it is not the big club then u will be thier next manager....

You should offer jobs to nationals from the country you manage.
Also it helps if their unemployed
