League editing issues

I created the Nigerian upper and lower leagues without any issues. However when i tried to set matchday ticket prices at 20 pounds and season tickets at 500 pounds for all the teams the game changes it to 3 pounds and 30 pounds respectively when I start a save. Does anyone know what I have to edit to stop this?

You need to change the affluence of each areas the clubs are based and also increase the rep to warrant those prices...

ie. make them match the EPL teams rep, but that's seems a bit pointless to me
