Hi, two quick questions here.

1st. Is it possible to make the lower leagues of a nation playable? In England for example the leagues below the Bleusquare North and South.

2nd. Is there a way to change the rules of a competition or league?

No to both really.

Only way to activate the lower ones would be to replace a current active league by swapping round the teams

and League rules are hard coded so cant be changed
