im not sure about the cl spots but if you go to world and then on the dropdown menu go to competitions it will list all the cups (international and club) and have a star rating by it which is its rep
Go to the continent whose league rankings you want to see (very bottom left of the screen, click the ^, select your continent), then select the Competitions tab at the top.
