Leaking way to many goals- HELP

I've been doing quite good in the game, Got my team promoted 3 times but now am in the Premier League, am leaking way to many goals. Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong with these tactic that I am using people I want to play an attacking 4-4-1 game with a short passing game

I'm assuming you haven't read this, looking at your setup. I'd take a look at your roles, no exp[ert but they look pretty unbalanced. I still leak goals though.

1. How good are your cbs technically? Cos if they are not that good on the ball/concentration etc the "play out of defence" instruction is suicidal.
2. Too many people on attack and doing the same thing. Try making lw an If attack (if you have mostly rfooted players or else vice versa) and the rw a winger support.
3. Your defence has no cover!! The cms are too far and not defending!!! Id have one on defence and one on auto.
4. Looking for overlap makes a tactic thats already unbalanced towards attack even more tilted towards it. Drop it.
5. If your cbs/defenders are not quick (14+ pace at least) then mark tightly is not a good idea. Id substitute it with hassle and maybe get stuck in.
6. If your opponent uses an am (or they have a player who's obviously their creative player -eg OZIL at ****) move one of your cms to mirror him and instruct to man mark.
7. Against better teams play narrower and drop deeper. Dont change anything else necessarily. May sound strange but play narrower doesnt hurt exploit the flanks.
