Learning position in FMC

Real quick I have a formation where 2 players have that light green color in a position and I just want to know that if I'm playing FMC, would it eventually change to the dark green so they play better or because its FMC and you can't train them there it won't change.

Light green means natural. Dark green means accomplished. Light green will never turn to dark green. (unless you've trained a person in that position, and he's not very versatile and you stop playing him in that position)

I mean the one before dark green like an olive green color

Ah, competent. Not sure about FMC to be honest, but according to someone in this thread a player will learn a new position by playing in it.
