Leaving on a free

Hi All,

I have an amazing wonderkid who has announced he is leaving on a free transfer after contract talks broke down…

Is there any way to change his mind or will he go regardless? Since announcing that he would leave he has been playing out of his skin so feel quite frustrated.

depends how long till he leaves, some will come back to the table in a month or so. Might also depend on how much of ***** his agent is.

How long is left on his contract?

Really all you can do is hope he cools down, keep him playing well and give him a reason to want to stay. But if he wants to leave, nothing you can do.

I would sell him if there is more than a year left on his contract.. double his value.. then find a new one who can be better!
