Thomas Drage is cheap and is your best bet. Becomes jaw droppingly awesome.

Look also at ALLIONE/ SADIO MANE (wont come to you tho but earmark for future)

decided to manage qpr instead and i didn't load norway annoyingly.
i tried getting allione but don't have an option to buy for some reason
