Leeds 2nd year centre back

1st season was a success and we're in the premiership and the new owners have backed me generously. Initial summer budget was £20m and after a decent start I've been given a further £18m in January. I've been shipping goals all too easily so I've decided I need a new centre back. Who can I get for £18m? Cheers

I'd definitely recommend Marc-Oliver Kempf from Freiburg. I'd say Emmanuel Mammana from River too, but he might still have work permit issues by January 2017, worth a look too though just in case. Also as an Everton fan I'd throw Brendan Galloway in there, very good CB/LB.

I'm also playing a save with Leeds (currently 4th seasons).

I signed Hobbs et Mammana using the payment in 48 months and they both did a great job so far.
