Just got promoted to the prem first season through the play offs. Got a nice budget of 22.5 million but just want to know who to buy for a general upgrade of a relatively poor team. and which positions are most important in the prem

Darwin Quintero is a very nice and cheap striker that does well in the premiership.
You can get him for around £2m

Marco Verratti and Leigh Griffiths have done well for me. griffiths has scored 92 goals in 96 app in just over 2 seasons and was top scorer in Europe.
they cost around 1.5 and 3.5million.
also signed Danny Wilson from Liverpool fir about 6 million
