I have just started a new save with Leeds United as on football manager 2011 i had really good fun with that save so i am going to try Leeds for the first time on football manager 2012, what do you recommend? who should i buy/sell, what formation would suit them?

in my 4th season as leeds.
2011-2012 1st in championship
2012-2013 17th (did not buy anyone at all)
2013-2014 10th (defoe, sturridge, flamini, andrew johnson,assou-ekotto)
just started 2014-2015 and have scott parke, charlie adam and sitting 2nd after 5 games
