neymar should be a striker mate, or at least as an AMC - Trequartista/Inside Foward
Thiago Neves plays all the positions in midfield, so IMO, try to play a 4-2-2-2

MC - Only Javi Garcia is good? Witsel and Defour are great 'prospects' mate, they will fit in your team like a glove.. but, if you are not happy with them , you have Clement Grenier, Fernando(FC Porto), Milan Badelj, Paulo Henrique(Santos), Andrea Poli, Pedro(Sampdoria), Anthony Annan ..

RB - Ivan Tomecak, van der Wiel, Maxi Pereira(hard working full-back), Camilo Zuniga, Balzaretti

LB - Fábio Coentrão, cheik M'bengue, Alvaro Pereira, Diego Contento, Shmelzer(Dortmund)
