My main transfer target is a pain. I had a P/X offer accepted for him, then he accepted by my players said no to their club...then when I try and buy him outright he's not interested lol.

Kris. Was your offer for Alex worth up to 10 million or something? I've a feeling I saw that go through.

However, I was so knackered I was chatting to people thinking they were someone else completely.

Wasn't a particularly busy window for me. I think I brought in 4/5 players. Then a couple of younger players aswell.

Let a lot go though. Especially out of contract reserves/yts'!

I reckon the top 5 will be...

1. Arsenal...if they can cope while Adebayour is injured
2. Chelsea...if I sign another striker
3. United...Consistent enough squad to be anywhere in the top 3
4. Liverpool...depending on how quickly Adriano gets into his rhythm
5. Man City...I think they will have to gel quickly with nearly a full new squad starting out
