You can try Cheik M'Bengué. If you're lucky you won't get much competition from other clubs. Not sure if you can get José Angel for under £5m. You can also check out Joakim Våge Nilsen (Haugesund). He's not the best but overall good and you should be able to get him for like £850k.

You can also go for Gabriel Silva who is class. You can find plenty of good Brazilian fullbacks for under £5m.
