I guess it depends how important you think a formation will be. There are 32 formations altogether, representing the starting nations and typical or historically important tactics that they have used - eg Hollands 4-3-3, Englands 4-4-2 and Brazils 4-2-2-2 etc

are we not allowed to physically trade players at all amongst us as we might need to in order to fill up the minimum of 8 HG players for the tactic.. i.e: I need 8 Argies for the Argie tactic (if I bid on it) and I only have like 4..

Dunc is the only one with the minimum players, Brazil.. (think he has 7 though)

Or am I wrong in thinking this?

I believe it's a maximum of 8 players/stadia/staff/tactics from your chosen nation, and a maximum of 4 from any other nation.
