Yes, I planned it that way. I wanted to give them realistic transfers for the next 10 seasons, but I didn't have any time left to do it. Maybe in future!
 
ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE LINK, REAL WANT TO DOWNLOAD THIS FOR 1999 TEAM AND 2003 :)

Yeah, that's it, the editor files go in the 'editor data' folder in your FM13 folder. I have put a readme file in the download, so you'll find all your answers there!

The File is no longer available for me :/

BTW, do you plan to make the same database for FM 15 ?
