I finally figure out how to use the editor. Want to find people like cantona, van basten and chnage them to player. Change their age and maybe give a CP and PP. Will the rest of the stats be generated? Or i need to update them? Anyone knows?

Well if you make them back into players and edit the CA/PA, the stats will change but you should really edit the individual stats yourself if you want it to be accurate
