Got Sunderland promoted to the Championship using a similar tactic, but it was not so consistent in the Championship, made some tweaks and feel this is a good tactic. please feel free to try and let me know how it goes for you.
I use the NORMAL tactic both Home and Away, only use the UNDERDOG if odds are more than 3/1.
Can change the MENTALITY to suit, i always start with Positive, if not on top drop to Balanced, if needing a goal change to Attacking.
