Lenny Nangis, accuacy of a shotgun

So I have worked Burton Albion into the Premier League. After my first season where I had Lenny on a full year loan, I picked him up. While I knew how off some of his shots were, I figured he would still be a great addition to my team. Looking at his stats, you would think he would be pretty good at putting it in the net, but apparently after beating every defender down the field, that easy 1v1 shot was not so easy and he skys the **** thing.

So what on my end as a manager help his finishing, other than the finishing stat? Or is it mostly a mental thing which will come in time?

he looks like a 20+ goal a season man but the one on one thing is down to his composure and get him to place his shots

He's got no PPMs right now.

Well, teaching him to place shots would be an advantage.

Teaching him to place shots and round/lob the keeper so he could score more on 1v1s

maybe due to his poor technique stat?his other stats similar to cedric bakambu but bakambu got higher technique stat.
