Leon Goretzka - Should I buy?

Hi Guys, I'm in my 3rd season with Hoffenheim, won the league last season and I was looking at Goretzka and he's handed in a transfer request. He's gonna cost around £14m, is that worth it? I've got a decent midfield already.

Any opinions would be great!
