why not try starting about 3 new games with the Uruguayan league loaded and you will see that he always comes out differently, I am unfortunately not playing the save that I got that screenshot from 
he is about the same as Hellrokers post above, I wish he looked like that every time you loaded the game but im afraid that is not so... the initial save I loaded was just to create my shortlists and I started a new game to play properly and he was average, scouts still say he has the potential to be a good EPL striker in the future
