Leyton Orient: The road to the Championship

After finishing 14th in League One last season, I took over. Just doing Pre-Season friendlys and trying to get people buying/loan. This is the first real time I'm doing LLM (I have managed Q.P.R In the Championship but got bored). So anyway I have just started friendlys but could anyone reccomend me some good players? Also what place in the table shall I be aiming for. Next posts will be 3 or 4 friendlys.

Three Friendlys done. One win One Draw One Loss.
Have got Freddy Sears on loan till end of the season.
Have asked Leyton Orient for a parent club and they said they are searching.
Anyone know which place in the table I should look for also anyone know any good players?

Marc Albrighton. Loan or buy (dunno your finances?) is a great impact player, almost never has a bad game (like under 6,8).
Guayo. Buy (?). I got him on a free when his contract ended, but is now worth £24k. Not much considering is constant high level. Got 11 assists in League 2, haven't as yet made an impact on League 1.
Also Tobias Mikaelsson seems to be transferring well to League 1 opposition. Scored 11 in 22 in League 2. Currently 3 goals in 5 matches in League 2/Carling Cup plus 4 assists.

Arsenal Confirm Link With Leyton Orient
Leyton Orient have changed there parent club from Tottenham to Arsenal.
Arsenal have accepted the offer for Randal on loan.

Wow, Arsenal as a parent club. I can only get Ipswich, ha...
Check out Grant Basey from Ipswich though, if you need a left back.

sorry m8 i did a season with them in fm08 and got promoted because i won the play-offs and i cant remember any1 i signed i think i got welback but im not sure
