Woah woah - let's calm down a bit and not get carried away - Downing should not have flair anywhere near 15 (or anything in the double figures - keep it the same) he is an solid winger but is not a john barnes style winger. He has good technique but very little flair. The boy is good but flair is not in his locker!

Are you telling me he has more flair than Joe Cole, Gerrard, Ashely Young, Bale.... Rooney has flair of 16 and Downing is nowhere near that!!

On an unrelated note - I may be wrong but I can't see Jonny Greening being on 25,000p/w at Forest - Derbyshire and Miller's wages seem a bit high but they may be right but I'll bet they aren't paying Greening anywhere near that.... But I may be wrong...
 
i would obviously compare before doing anything on downing..

and greening i didnt change it was what he was on at fulham

Can you reduce Greening's wages cos it kinda severely eats into the wage budget....
 
Rochdale have signed Striker Matthew Barnes-Homer from Luton until January next year on loan.

I dunno if it should be a 5 tho and when you consider Ngog has 14
 
adebayor moved to spurs on loan- surely spurs aren't paying his £170,000 weekly wage in full so dnt know what u want to do about that (40% maybe??)

I would also give downing 10-12 flair

yes ill give downing flair and i heard that spurs are paying 40-60% of wages, rumour sites :)
