Yes they'll get done.
Here's a list, what am I updating/updated:
-Spain, Italy, Germany(transfers only[there was only the important trasnfers, now nearly every of them will get done)(plus second division promotions)
-Hungary(the most detailed, with realistic CA/PA changes)
-Romania
-Greece
-Poland
-Netherlands/Holland
-Turkey
-Russian and Ukrainian promotions(and maybe some others too from the bigger leagues)

it says in the instructions, use a program like winzip to unzip it, then follow instructions

Give Gökhan Töre (HSV) some CA/PA update, because he is playing Bundesliga regularly now. Also, he plays for Turkey national team now.

Off-topic: Chelsea is sh*t with youngsters, they have potential, but will never break to the first team.

they came 5th and 6th in bundesliga last two seasons, thats why i say they suddenly came from being a villa, spurs, everton team to winning the league.. but i will admit gotze is something special

Gotze is one of those once in a lifetime for your team players. Hannover beat Sevilla in the Europa League qualifiers, so it's an improving league.

transfers are getting done, its just the players who need iproving and decreasing that i have no knowledge about... so just let me know any player changes and ill do them
