Ah the good old 4132. Was so good on cm 01/02. I'll try it out later!
 
Would loves to give this a try.
Any preferred ppm for the different roles?
 
I'm planning to switch to this at the end of my current season (Aston Villa, season 1, January). Are there any players you can recommend?
 
In the false 9 roles you want a player like Benteke who is strong and fast but also has good technical ability. In the midfield roles you need good passers with a high work rate. Fullbacks also need high workrate and good defensive ability, they also need to be good crossers.
 
It works like a beast! I tested in some games between my tests with my own tactic, and even I felt failed near its creation lol
I will test it further, if I keep the level, I can say that it is a possible diablo
Combine good football with practical results.
Tip: try to increment the OIs of jesaustralia, it works magically.

Individual training - Train each player to the role that they are in the team. Theres is no filters for players yet.

In a save test, with Watford with original squad, no transfers, I won in the first game against the Manchester City away by 2x0 with authority.
In my save "for real", with Wolfsburg, I'm still 100% with her. My last game (2 season) is as follows:

Sorry. The first leg was the first game i used this tactic, i used the original OI's from the opening post. The picture was from my 3rd game using the tactic and it was the first using the OI's you suggested.

What do you do if you are hasing or drawing the game?

Also what do you do if opponent gets red carded?
